We are fortunate and pleased to have a nurse practitioner in our office and encourage you to see her. Nurse practitioners offer much of the same care provided by physicians and can serve as a patient's regular health care provider. The philosophy of a nurse practitioner is to offer individualized care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness and education of their patients.
Our clinical staff is comprised of Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and a Surgical Coordinator. Our nurses offer obstetrical and gynecologic education and coordinated care with our physicians. The medical assistants take your history and prepare you for your visit with the doctor or nurse practitioner. The surgical coordinator makes arrangements for your surgery and explains the preparation for your hospital stay.
You will be greeted by our friendly front desk staff who prepare your chart and update your demographics, answer the phones and triage your call to the correct department. Please make sure you bring a picture ID, your insurance card, and your copay, which is expected at the time of service.

Obstetrics is the specialty that deals with the care of women through pregnancy and childbirth. Women's Health Care Group delivers care to healthy women, as well as patients with conditions that place them at higher risk, such as diabetes and hypertension, and those over the age of 35. Our team consists of a Certified Obstetrical Registered Nurse and a Certified Medical Assistant who are dedicated to obstetrics and experienced in managing and coordinating care with your physicians. Gynecology is the specialty dedicated to caring for a woman's health throughout her lifetime. We provide care for menstrual irregularities, abnormal bleeding, infections, bladder control/incontinence and osteoporosis. In the field of gynecology, preventing illness and promoting health involves cancer screening, family planning and menopause management. Our providers are here to listen to your health care concerns and offer you treatment options that reflect the latest advances in our specialty.
In addition to standard specialty care in obstetrics and gynecology, we offer evaluation and management of infertility, gynecologic urology, laparoscopic and laser surgery, mammography, and ultrasonography.
