Who should I call for billing inquiries?
Please follow instructions on your bill or call our billing office at 844-585-5155.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept all insurance plans and work with out-of-network benefits; however, we do not accept Medicaid patients. Please speak with one of our billing associates for further information.
Are there weekend and evening hours?
Yes. Saturday 9:00 am - noon, and on Wednesday and Thursday, we have evening hours until 7:00 pm.
Do you have practitioners and staff who speak Spanish?
Yes, we have a female nurse practitioner, receptionists, and medical assistants that speak Spanish.
When should I make my first obstetrical appointment?
After you have missed your period, you should call the office and we will schedule a visit to confirm your pregnancy. Once the pregnancy has been confirmed, we will schedule your first obstetrical appointment with one of the doctors and our obstetrical nurse for 8-10 weeks after your last menstrual cycle.
What hospital are you affiliated with?
Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, New Jersey. Holy Name is a highly ranked hospital for quality patient care, clinical performance and workplace excellence.
Do you have female practitioners?
Yes, we have Payal Shah, MD, and Nicole Liza Palomar, MD, as well as a female nurse practitioner.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and debit cards, personal checks and cash.
What if I need a refill on a prescription over the weekend?
We urge you to call before the weekend for your refills. The office closes at 2:00 pm on Friday, so please try to plan ahead. If it is urgent and you need a physician, we always have a doctor on call to tend to your needs.
How far in advance do I need to call for an appointment?
Matters requiring timely attention are always addressed promptly. However, for your yearly appointment please call two to three months in advance. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
